Our Testing Methodology: The Host-Target Approach

We utilize a sophisticated Host-Target architecture to automate and standardize the validation process:

  1. On-Board Test Software: We develop dedicated, high-performance test firmware that resides on the target controller (e.g., TMS570).
  2. Host GUI Control: A custom-built Graphical User Interface on a Host Computer drives the testing sequence via RS422/RS232 communication.
  3. Real-Time Diagnostics: The system executes a “Stimulus-Response” loop, reporting real-time status and clear Pass/Fail results back to the GUI for audit logging.
